Purchasing services from Alexander Structures is easy, just call or email us to discuss your engineering needs and we will put together a mutually agreeable "Engineering Order." Typically, two sets of plans (blueprints) are sent to Alexander Structures via Fed-Ex, UPS, or US Mail. (Plans may be emailed depending on CAD software – contact us for assistance.) Alexander Structures then reviews all the major structural components above the foundation for structural integrity. Comments and structural suggestions are marked on the plans and or on additional printouts. One set of plans is kept at Alexander Structures for our records, and the other is sent back to you, usually within 5-10 business days. Work is done on an hourly basis but can be arranged on a per job basis. Alexander Structures requires a 50% or $500 deposit, which ever is greater, prior to plan review for all Engineering Orders.
